Welcome! We are honored to be able to help you with your health. Please know, no matter what's going on, Dr. Addison will do everything possible to help you. So I'm sure you are wondering, how does this work?
First, an initial consultation will be performed to asses what is going on and asses what care is needed. In this initial consultation Dr. Bulosan will asses your health history and provide an initial nerve system test. This test will help us determine whether or not the type of care provided in this office will be beneficial or not. The cost is $65.

For persons believing that this care is exactly what they need then scheduling an initial exam is what you would want to do.
In this initial exam it will include 2 visits. The cost of this initial exam is $250
If this makes sense then there are two things you need to do:
First Visit will be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, which includes:
1. A full health history with health goals
2. Physical Exam
3. Nervous system analysis and assessment
4. Any necessary x-ray
Second Visit will be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, which includes:
1. Doctors Report
2. Health Assessment Review
3. Doctors Recommendations
Upon completion of initial exams and agreement to recommendations, care will begin immediately. All financial and time commitments will be discussed in Doctors Recommendations. It is advised to bring any decision makers to your second visit.
Traveling from neighboring islands (including continental U.S.)?
We welcome traveling patients.
The office is conveniently located five minutes from the Lihue, Kaua'i airport. Overnight accomodations near the airport and our office are available at the Aqua Beach Hotel.
Special Accommodations
